State Board of Education (SBOE) District 2:
District 2 has a population of 262,753 and comprises a large swath of area in Johnson County including all of Northeast Johnson County (Fairway, Merriam, Mission, Mission Hills, Mission Woods, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, Westwood, Westwood Hills), as well as the cities of Leawood, Lake Quivira, and portions of Shawnee, Lenexa, and Overland Park.  The district contains three school districts: Shawnee Mission, Blue Valley, and De Soto.
